Based on the present scenario, in my honest opinion, the Catholic Church in Malaysia has been too silent and not spoken up enough on very tricky and problematic issues such as the death penalty, abortion, premarital sex, 'safe' sex, piracy, corruption, human rights, and especially obtaining permits to build real churches.
Although we Catholics do know what is our stand on such issues, it is also important for non-believers to know that we are indeed speaking up on these issues.
Our Lord Jesus Christ told us through the Gospels that we are called to be different from the world and to be the salt of the earth. It is our duty as disciples of Christ to speak up in the name of love and justice for the benefit of all mankind.
We have to be ready to speak up even at the cost of being persecuted as Jesus said that the world will hate us for being different and we must carry our crosses daily and follow Him. For being a Christian is NOT to have an easy life but to serve God and others.
In conclusion, it is of the utmost importance that we let everyone know our stand publicly so that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ will be glorified for eternity!

Michael Jackson - The King of Pop
Lately, Michael Jackson has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons, mainly due to the media's aggressive attitude and refusal to give the man his own space. I do not wish to state the controversies he's gotten himself into because that would only be an insult to the legacy he has left behind not only in music and dance but also in breaking down racial and cultural barriers.
In my opinion, Michael Jackson is one of the few 'legends' in the music industry that include Stevie Wonder, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, Elvis Presley and Bee Gees. Others can choose to continue harping on all the ridiculous crap that 'Wacko Jacko' got involved in. However, the fact remains that his music has made an impact on people from all corners of the earth. He will forever be a unique talent brought into the world by God. He, together with all the other 'legends' are one of a kind and truly irreplaceable. He was a musical genius, a prodigy that, unfortunately, had to leave the world at only the age of 50. However, I'm sure that God had his reasons for calling Michael Jackson back to Him.
His death has now put his three children in a tight situation as to who will obtain custody of them. I sincerely hope that the right people will be chosen to take care of them and that they won't be too traumatized by his absence from their lives.
In short, this is all I will say, "Michael Jackson, you will forever be the King of Pop! May your soul rest in peace. Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on his soul."

Good Friday
Today is the most important day in the history of mankind; the day Jesus Christ, the Son of God, bore our sins and the sins of ALL mankind and bled and died as an atonement for the sins of the world! Always remember God's eternal, unconditional LOVE that is unlike any other. Truly, this is the one, true God for only the true God, the Blessed Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, would love us so much even to the extent of dying a cruel, humiliating death on a tree although we humans were so unworthy of His love!

Abortion is... brutal MURDER of innocent, defenceless babies!!!
Please watch the video below. It's an awesome video! I strongly encourage everyone to watch it. I am strongly pro-life and 100% against abortion! Barack Obama can talk all he wants about abortion being good etc. but I will NEVER agree with him on this issue.
